Luego, el reconocido chef de Las Dalias, Salvador L\u00f3pez, hizo una magn\u00edfica presentaci\u00f3n de la preparaci\u00f3n del emblem\u00e1tico Chancho al Palo. Su cocina fusiona la tradici\u00f3n con la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, en el Restaurante Puerto Encantado, los asistentes pudieron degustar el delicioso Ceviche a la Naranja Huando, una variante que resalta los ingredientes locales y la frescura de la cocina coste\u00f1a. El recorrido gastron\u00f3mico sigui\u00f3 su rumbo bajo la atenta mirada del chef Miro Marrufo, quien tuvo la responsabilidad de la direcci\u00f3n de cocina en este segundo d\u00eda de la ruta de ENBHIGA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por la tarde, en el Hotel Las Dalias, se realiz\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n de productores, artesanos, m\u00fasica y gastronom\u00eda. El evento concluy\u00f3 con una clausura en el frontis de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chancay, donde la delegaci\u00f3n fue recibida por las autoridades, quienes tuvieron palabras de reconocimiento para la organizaci\u00f3n de ENBHIGA y para los cocineros participantes.
